Ryan Deras, a.k.a Bboy Ninja, was born into a family of producers, djs, and dancers. He started out at a very young age dancing, rapping and mixing on his dads turn tables. It started as a small hobby he enjoyed from time to time.

Eventually, by the time he was 7, he we was given Reason 3 and had his first taste at producing. At 9, he finally made a true effort to try and get more of an understanding of producing by experimenting with the program. By 12 years old, he was fully emerged into the producing aspect and started wanting that to be his life. By 14 he was now in high school and really far into producing, already having made quite a few songs of many different genres. He was also furthering his rap skills and craft, trying to get over the stage fright and anxiety of doing it on the microphone or in front of people. Around this time, Ryan also started the first version of his rap group, The Wolfpack.

From 18-23, Bboy Ninja had been releasing music on youtube and soundcloud for a while, but had hopes of starting a label to release music officially for the world to hear. And in February of 2020, the Spirit Animals Records label was finally established, and Bboy Ninjas' music began to spread out on streaming services all around. He also had the 2nd iteration of The Wolfpack releasing music on the label, consisting of him and his brother known as Direkt Da Delinquent. After releasing a good amount of projects, he eventually got the legendary underground rapper, Noveliss, to feature on his single, 'Animalgam Spit'. He continues to release a wide variety of music with many anime and comic book themes for many to enjoy.
